THE BLOGGER

I am a 100% border girl and citizen of the world. Like many people on the border, I was born in El Paso, Texas, but I am from Ciudad Juárez, Mexico. I did my studies in Monterrey and Madrid, but all of my work experience (since 2000) has been in the United States. My heart is like a mosaic made up of different cities that have left footprints on my life.

Having worked and lived in cities with great international influence such as New York, Miami, Madrid, Buenos Aires, Malaga, Austin and Playa del Carmen has been the best life experience, since it has taught me to easily adapt to other cultures and to further get to know its customs, gastronomy and wonderful corners.

I am passionate about news, traveling -especially with Patrick-, getting to know different cultures, reading, eating, drinking a good wine or a cold beer, enjoying a good chat with my friends, dancing even if I have two left feet and especially watching grow my three nieces who are my adoration.

I also consider myself very lucky to have friends from different countries. Through them, I have been able to see the world from a different perspective by delving into the customs and ideologies of other places. And not to mention my lifelong friends, who are always the first to support me and motivate me to continue growing.

I think it is very important that we never lose our curiosity, try to learn something new every day, analyze what is happening in our world and above all maintain a positive attitude towards life.

My passion for travel led me, together with my husband Patrick, to create Tripdreaming, a boutique travel agency where we design and organize 100% customized trips to offer each traveler a unique and personalized experience.

Welcome to this window to the world!

“What is more melancholy and more profound than to see a thousand objects for the first and the last time? To travel is to be born and to die at every instant.”

Victor Hugo (1862), Les Misérables.
