Your chic stay at the BoHo Hotel in Prague

November 19, 2018

If you are a design lover, one that loves sophisticated boutique hotels with a sexy touch, the hotel that I am going to talk to you about today is for you. To begin with, it is part of the Small Luxury Hotels of the World portfolio, and with that, you can imagine the luxury experience you are going to have. So with very high expectations, we checked in at the BoHo Hotel while being greeted with a refreshing glass of Prosecco.

A very chic style

I loved its style. The entire hotel, from the lobby to the common areas and the rooms, has a contemporary and very elegant decoration but nothing boring, quite the opposite, because each space was given a unique touch.

For example, in the corridors you will already be introduced to the art that you will find in the hotel, with an exhibition of Matryoshka dolls, as well as photos and books that talk about Project 57, made up of the photographs that decorate each room, because yes, each room has a photograph of some fascinating corner of Prague. The intention is that you feel part of the city, not just be another tourist.

Our room was number 12, with photograph #46 of Project 57, which captured the sunset -or sunrise- seen from the Mánesův bridge on the Vltava river with the Prague Castle rising in the background.

Since I started talking about our room, I will go into the details of our stay. The room was super cute, very comfortable, spacious and with a sexy bathroom, since behind the television there was a glass that separated the bathroom from the rest of the room. But you are actually maintaining your privacy, since the toilet and shower were not really visible, just the sink and a bit of the bathtub.

As for the rest of the facilities, the hotel has one of those living rooms you dream about of having at home, with a huge bookcase, a lounge, a dining room and some very modern lamps. It also has a very modern restaurant with an open kitchen where we were served a very rich and complete buffet style breakfast.

Undoubtedly, a hotel like this also has a first-rate gym and spa. But as we were in Prague, we didn’t have time to pamper ourselves even a little, as we had to go out to discover this magical city.

Location

If there is something super practical about the BoHo, it is precisely its location, since it is right in the middle of the train station and the Old Town Square, at a distance of less than 10 minutes walking from each point. Perfect if you arrive to Prague by train and want to avoid taking transport of any kind.

Which type of traveler do I recommend it to?

It is without a doubt a perfect choice for design lovers and the traveler who is willing to pay for a more luxurious experience.

*Thanks to the BoHo Hotel for its friendly hospitality.
